Meet Ali

 

  • Animals are part of my therapy team. Whether it’s through Animal-Assisted Counseling or just their calming presence, I love the way animals help us feel safe and connected.
     
  • Coffee is my love language. Morning coffee isn’t just a ritual—it’s my tiny daily joy (and yes, it tastes better when I’m not running on empty).
     
  • I believe healing is creative. From play therapy to expressive tools, I’m all about finding outside-the-box ways to help people feel seen and supported.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in EMDR and trauma-focused, attachment-based approaches. My work blends evidence-based tools with creativity and compassion, helping clients process what feels heavy while building deeper connection, trust, and resilience. I’ve had the privilege of working with:
