therapy that puts you first not insurance

Money is stressful. Therapy can feel like “just one more expense.” You may even wonder, Am I really worth it?

Maybe you’ve already invested in everyone else—kids’ activities, family needs, work demands—and it feels hard to imagine spending on yourself. You might hesitate, thinking you should just “push through” without help.

But the truth is, staying stuck costs more. The burnout, the stress, the sleepless nights—it’s exhausting, and it’s not getting better on its own.

Relief. Empowerment. Confidence. A sense of finally prioritizing yourself.

You notice the return on your investment every day—more energy, stronger boundaries, deeper relationships, and the ability to show up for the people you love without running on empty.

Therapy isn’t an expense—it’s a reset button, a space to finally put yourself on the list. Investing in yourself opens the door to the change you’ve been craving.

Investing in therapy feels safe, transparent, and flexible. You’ll know exactly what to expect.

Each session is one hour (a “clinical hour” of 50 minutes), at a rate of $160. For those who need it, a sliding scale is available—because access matters.

You can also use HSA/FSA funds, and we provide superbills for insurance reimbursement, making therapy more accessible and straightforward.

You won’t have to worry about insurance dictating your care. Private pay means your therapy stays private, judgment-free, and focused on you. This is your space, your choice, your pace.

Commitment

One thing remains true: you are your most important investment. While I do not accept insurance, I strive to meet you where you are, offering high-quality, individualized care informed by years of training and experience.  My rates are flexible, my commitment to your healing is unwavering.
